Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of Mind Returns
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return shipping costs will be for the customer’s account, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Where permitted by applicable law, original delivery fees and any direct costs associated with the return may be deducted from the refund amount. We will confirm any applicable deductions with you before processing the refund.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received.
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, SuperKleen7 will assist with the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return arrangement.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, diluted, tampered with, or are no longer in their original sealed packaging.
We also cannot accept returns where the product has been damaged due to misuse, incorrect storage, or failure to follow the product instructions.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original item first. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
