Shipping & Delivery

SuperKleen7 delivers orders throughout South Africa.

Our standard delivery timeframe is usually 3 to 5 working days from the date your order has been processed and confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, order volumes and other factors outside of our control.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees start from approximately R129, depending on your order size, delivery location and courier requirements.

The final shipping fee will usually be calculated at checkout. However, for certain bulky, heavy or high-volume orders, the shipping amount shown at checkout may not be final and we may need to provide a separate delivery quote.

Bulk Orders & Heavy Items

Due to the size and weight of larger products, bulk orders may require a separate shipping quote.

This may apply to orders that include multiple large-volume items, including but not limited to orders of more than two 20L items.

If your order requires a separate shipping quote, we will contact you before dispatching the order. In these cases, your order may only be processed once the final delivery fee has been confirmed and accepted.

SuperKleen7 reserves the right to adjust or separately quote delivery fees for bulky, heavy, oversized or high-volume orders, even if the checkout system displays a shipping fee.

Outlying Areas

Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer than standard delivery.

Outlying areas are locations that are outside major city centres, main towns or regular courier routes. These may include rural areas, farms, remote towns, game farms, mines, lodges, small settlements, industrial zones outside main delivery routes, and areas where couriers have limited delivery schedules.

Delivery to outlying areas may take approximately 5 to 7 working days, depending on the courier route and accessibility of the delivery address.

Additional courier fees may apply for outlying areas, especially where a special trip, regional handover, or extended delivery route is required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, you may receive delivery updates or tracking information where available.

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number and email address are correct when placing your order. SuperKleen7 will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to courier delays, high order volumes, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, road closures, remote delivery locations or incorrect delivery information.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Failed Deliveries

If a courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, inaccessible delivery location or failed delivery attempt, additional courier fees may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at orders@sk7.co.za so that we can assess the issue and assist with a suitable resolution.
